We have arranged this unique americaN meeting on six previous occasions. As the participants seem to be satisfied with the arrangement, we run another meeting on the theme.
We have access to a sportshall (35*17m) and associated conference room, kitchen, dining- and changing room.

Diesel and steam engines
Weathered and weighted cars are prioritized
N-RE modules are welcome but americaN modules are prioritized
We will run with Dispatcher and Track Warrant Control. A Radio and preferably a headset is needed. There will be extra units available to borrow but we encourage all participants to acquire their own ComRadio. For best compatibility and function, we recommend Midland.
Setup info
The venue opens at 10am14/8-2025; preferably modules should have arrived before noon.

Travel directions by car
30km north of the city of Jönköping on the west side of the lake Vättern you will find the small village of Fagerhult. On the left (west) side of the road, you will find a large white industry. The meeting is held in the first building on the right (east) side.
All registered participants will get information about transport, accommodation, catering, and other details prior to the meeting.
Travel by public transportations
Public transport is possible but not particularly practical. There are bus connections a few times in the morning and every hour after lunch until the last connection at 18:22

Catering
Catering will be offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Accommodation
You may spend the night at the premises but bring your own mattress, sleeping bag, sheets, pillow etc. We offer the sportshall and surrounding premesis as your "hotel" free of charge.
We recommend searching hotel booking sites e.g. booking.com or airbnb.com with the search criteria Habo, Mullsjö, Hjo or Jönköping.
