10. FREMOdern meeting in Kolding
Stammtisch FREMOdern DK invites you to FREMOdern Modultræf in Kolding. We are addressing here European and Scandinavian members.
For this modern meeting, the number of participants was clearly shrunk due to Covid19. Thus, we only had enough modules for a smaller plant. However, this should not stop us from completing this match, as we had new modules we wanted to test.
With Swedish, German and Danish participants, we were able to complete the meeting, as these participants registered enough modules for a plant of just over 100 meters in length. In these 100 meters was a fiddleyard, 3 larger stations, 1 smaller station and a scrap dealer. Over an extended weekend with a varied timetable, committed participants and good food, we enjoyed ourselves in the FREMO spirit with like-minded FREMO participants.
Since we had room left over in the hall, we were contacted by a few other FREMO members who needed space to test a few stations and a ferry. We were happy to give up this place. The ferry in particular caused quite a stir when it "sailed" in and out of the ferry berth. We look forward to seeing more of this ferry at a later meeting.
